The primary focus of our initial meeting is to understand your goals and expectations.  We will discover your property’s design, history, features and details and we will create a plan to begin the listing process.  Market inventory, price trends, list-to-sale price ratios and timing & seasonal considerations will be discussed.  Our goal is to position the property to maximize exposure and interest.  

STEP 2

Listing Pre-Launch

Here. we will finalize list terms & price and sign listing forms.  We will gather plans, disclosures, title reports and inspections to fully inform buyers of the condition of your home to avoid any unnecessary confusion once your property is in escrow.  We will introduce you to DPP Curate to help you generate the highest price possible with no cash upfront.  DPP Curate manages everything from painting, landscaping, staging, moving, roof repairs, light remodeling, to whatever is necessary to get your listing ready to sell.  

STEP 3

Marketing Your Property

We will order professional photography and video (including drone technology if necessary) and craft a well-written description that will stand out and tell the story of your home. STEP 4

Open Your Doors

Our open houses and private showings are superior because we do our homework and are prepared to speak about your home clearly and accurately.  We will share feedback with you in an honest manner so you can make adjustments if needed. STEP 5

Escrow & Closing

We will oversee your escrow, disclosure, contingency and inspection process with the help of DPP’s transaction support team.  There will be additional negotiations and lender communication during the escrow period  and we will prepare you to close and transition to your next home.  Our primary goal is to stay in touch with you and keep you informed of every step along the way.
